The Egg, is a very popular side dish used in the process of cooking ramen. Many people will crack the egg open, and dump the uncooked egg into the Ramen. When the egg touches the boiling water, the egg almost instantly cooks, and turns into long stringy particles.

SEAWEED

Seaweed, is the product that makes ramen, LEGIT. Seaweed puts a hint of saltiness into the ramen. Did you know seaweed is also good for your health? Seaweed is a aquatic plant that grows in the ocean, picking up nutrients and other beneficial products that the ocean has to offer, therefore when you eat seaweed you are actually consuming and digesting the many heathy nutrients and products that the seaweed originally digested. Seaweed also contains magnesium that does wonders for the skin.

There are many other's toppings, but these are just the 3 that I enjoy the most.
